Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support sales efforts in signage and outdoor media advertising. The ideal candidate will assist in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of signage solutions, outdoor advertising, and market trends to help expand the company's reach and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Strategy:

Assist in developing and executing sales strategies for signage and outdoor media solutions. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends. Support in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and advertising agencies. Assist in providing customized signage and outdoor media solutions to meet client needs. Ensure high-quality service delivery to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries. Support sales efforts in expanding into new market segments and locations. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Team Coordination:

Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets. Assist in training and mentoring junior sales team members. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in sales within the signage and outdoor media industry. (Required) Strong understanding of outdoor advertising principles, signage solutions, and market trends. Proven ability to support sales targets and drive revenue growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of the UAE market and outdoor advertising landscape is an advantage.
