Job Description

Looking for an experienced sales executive for a steel stockholder and distributor based in Jebel Ali Free Zone.

The role involves:

Understanding products, industry and business operations. Identifying business opportunities with key markets and customers. Maintaining and developing relationships with customers. Negotiating and closing sales. Generous commission based compensation directly proportional to sales targets. No upper limit to commission structure. First three to six months will be probationary, depending on experience, skill level and performance.
Skills to have:

Relevant experience is mandatory - people not experienced with structural steel products or steel industry will be auto-rejected . Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales of similar industry. Minimum 2 years of Steel Industry experience required. Knowledgeable and curious to learn. Strong Communication Skills. Motivated and inspired to go the extra mile. Thorough understanding of sales techniques. Actively involved in seeking out potential opportunities. Valid UAE Driving License is required.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
