Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales operations, drive revenue growth, and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in the travel and tourism sector, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and travel partners Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis Support the team in meeting monthly and quarterly targets Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for seamless service delivery Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

Requirements:

Proven experience in a sales role within the travel or tourism industry (2-5 years preferred). Strong understanding of UAE travel market and client expectations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluency in English and Arabic. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
