Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Business development and Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee client relationships, manage contracts, and ensure client satisfaction for our home maintenance and facility management services. Key responsibilities include:

Managing a portfolio of AMC clients, maintaining strong client relationships. Preparing, renewing, and negotiating maintenance contracts. Coordinating with operational teams to meet service expectations. Monitoring client accounts, handling inquiries, and ensuring timely invoicing and payments. Identifying opportunities for service improvements and contract renewals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in account management, preferably in maintenance or facility management. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with the Dubai market and customer base is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
