The ideal candidate will oversee client relationships, manage contracts, and ensure client satisfaction for our home maintenance and facility management services. Key responsibilities include:
Managing a portfolio of AMC clients, maintaining strong client relationships.
Preparing, renewing, and negotiating maintenance contracts.
Coordinating with operational teams to meet service expectations.
Monitoring client accounts, handling inquiries, and ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
Identifying opportunities for service improvements and contract renewals.
