Job Description

We are looking for a driven and experienced

Assistant Sales Manager

to support our sales operations, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of hydraulic hoses and fittings, industrial supplies, or oilfield equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and developing strategic sales plans. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hydraulic, oilfield, and industrial sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tender submissions. Coordinate with the technical and procurement teams to ensure timely order execution. Provide product presentations and technical support to customers when needed. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Maintain accurate records of sales activity and generate reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in hydraulics, oilfield, or industrial equipment. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. UAE market knowledge and a valid UAE driving license are preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales management software.
