The Assistant Sales Manager will support the Sales Department in driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales initiatives, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to assist in achieving the company's sales targets and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to inform decision-making.
Coordinate with the marketing team to promote products/services effectively.
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Conduct presentations and negotiate contracts with clients.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service.
Support in training and mentoring junior sales staff.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 10 years experience in sales or a related role, with leadership experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, real estate, or related sectors.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Fluency in English.
