Job Title: Assistant Project Manager - Construction / Interior Fit-Out (Preferred)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager with at least 4 to 6 years of proven experience in Dubai's construction and especially in interior fit-out sector. The role involves supporting the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in overall project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. Prepare, review, and track project documentation including schedules, drawings, RFIs, method statements, and progress reports. Supervise site activities with Electrician, Plumber, AC Technician, Gypsum Carpenter etc., ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and design specifications. Monitor procurement schedules, material delivery, and manpower allocation. Track project budgets, variations, and cost control measures. Report project progress, risks, and delays to the Project Manager and recommend corrective actions. Assist in conducting site meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on action items. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and other authority regulations. Support in project handover, snagging, and close-out documentation.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in construction/interior fit-out projects. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (preferred). Strong knowledge of fit-out, joinery, MEP coordination, and finishes. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is a plus. Familiarity with Dubai building codes, authority approvals, and site procedures. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
