Assistant Outlet Manager

. The ideal candidate will support the Outlet Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and managing staff performance. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced cafe environment with a focus on service quality, team development, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:Operational Excellence:

Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations of Cafe Social, ensuring smooth service flow. Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation standards throughout the outlet. Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and hygiene standards.

Guest Experience:

Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally. Foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere consistent with the Cafe Social brand.

Team Management:

Supervise and motivate the front-of-house team, ensuring adequate staffing during peak hours. Support in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members. Conduct daily briefings and regular performance evaluations.

Financial & Inventory Control:

Assist in achieving revenue targets and cost control. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing for timely stock replenishment. Help manage cash handling procedures and POS operations.

Marketing & Promotion:

Support the execution of in-house promotions, menu changes, and special events. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance cafe visibility and customer engagement.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within a cafe or restaurant. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for food and beverage.
