Job Overview
The Assistant Outlet Manager will oversee daily operations at Cala Vista restaurant, ensure adherence to service standards, manage staff performance, and contribute to business growth through cost control and guest engagement. This role involves managing front-of-house activity, maintaining inventory, and upholding hygiene and safety standards within a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outlet operations to meet service and brand standards
• Engage with guests to ensure a personalized, premium dining experience
• Manage inventory, reordering, and financial transactions in line with outlet policies
• Oversee cashiering and compliance procedures, ensuring accuracy and security
• Support budget control by monitoring labor and operational expenses
• Ensure compliance with cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards across the team
• Recommend strategies to boost outlet performance, revenue, and market share

Job Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury restaurant or hotel outlet
• Diploma or degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and F and B systems (e.g., Micros, POS)
• Strong command of English with excellent interpersonal skills
• Leadership experience with a hands-on, guest-oriented approach
• Ability to manage resources effectively while ensuring service excellence
