Core Duties

• Prepare a diverse range of pastries, cakes, confections, and baked goods to the highest standards of presentation and taste
• Develop new recipes and seasonal menus, incorporating culinary innovation and global trends
• Supervise and train pastry kitchen staff, fostering creativity and maintaining consistency in execution
• Oversee inventory, quality control of ingredients, and cost management to meet production and profitability goals
• Ensure HACCP compliance and enforce cleanliness and safety standards in all pastry production areas
• Collaborate with executive chefs and F&B managers to enhance the guest experience with signature pastry offerings

Candidate Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in luxury hotels or fine dining, with deep expertise in pastry and dessert preparation
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams and kitchen operations
• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent from an accredited culinary school
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken
• Proven track record of developing standout pastry menus and maintaining cost-effective operations
