Position Overview
Jumeirah Group, a global leader in luxury hospitality and part of Dubai Holding, is seeking a passionate and experienced Team Leader to join the Cala Vista team at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam within the renowned Madinat Jumeirah resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring a seamless guest experience in one of Dubai's most celebrated beachfront dining destinations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to Jumeirah's luxury hospitality standards.
Lead, train, and motivate the service team to consistently deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Conduct pre-shift briefings to update staff on menu changes, special requests, and operational priorities.
Handle guest interactions with professionalism and care, resolving concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service efficiency, maintaining consistency in presentation and guest engagement.
Coordinate with the culinary and bar teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of food and beverages.
Manage inventory and ensure proper control of service items, including stock rotation and requisitions.
Prepare daily shift reports, maintain service records, and share guest feedback with management for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across the outlet.
Ideal Profile
2-3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language such as Russian or another European language is desirable.
Strong working knowledge of Micros POS, SevenRooms, and Microsoft Office applications.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse, multicultural service team.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of fine dining service techniques and guest engagement.
