Job Overview



RDHS is looking for Assistant Outlet Manager with very good experienced in busy Pub/ Bar. This role involves assisting the Outlet Manager in various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the outlet and the delivery of excellent customer service. As an Asst. Outlet Manager, this position assumes, during his/her absence, the position of the Outlet Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities



Assists the Outlet Manager in supervising day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, managing the employees' duty rosters and ensuring the smooth flow of service.

Assists in handling and monitoring the outlet's inventory, ordering supplies and managing stocks to ensure sufficient availability while minimizing waste and controlling costs.

Assists in recruiting (efficiently conducts trial and provide sufficient feedback to support the recruitment), training and supervising outlet employees. Provides guidance, coaching and support to maintain a high level of service standards.

Help out in conducting performance evaluation reviews, providing regular feedback and implementing training programs to improve the skills and performance of the team.

Assists in handling employee needs, resolving conflicts and maintaining a positive work environment.

Provide support in ensuring high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality service standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.

Interacting with guests, managing reservations (when applicable), and assists in overseeing the outlet's ambiance to create a welcoming and pleasant dining experience.

Participate in monitoring financial performance of the outlet. Analyzing sales and revenue, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability.

Contribute in managing budgets, controlling costs, and implementing pricing strategies.

Assists in handling cash management, including overseeing the cash registers/billings, and managing financial transactions.

Participate in implementing marketing initiatives to attract customers, increase the outlet's visibility, and drive sales by collaborating with the head office marketing team.

Partake in developing and executing strategies to build a loyal customer base and enhance the outlet's reputation within the community.

Assists in handling all administrative tasks such as maintaining records, reports required by the head office and managing paperwork related to payroll, inventory and others.

Must adhere to the health and safety regulations.
