Job Description

Position: Asst. MEP Technician

The multi skilled technician will be assigned to incorporate skills and duties, with special training for MEP emergencies and general portage and other duties. They will perform all semi-skilled job functions and technical jobs required by him.

He will be in charge of ensuring the proper maintenance of the additional facilities provided by the client, a list of which he will be accountable for maintaining as well in case of replacement of repairs. His tasks will include:

as Electrician:

Maintaining logbook for all electrical equipment/systems Ensure proper operation of all electrical systems as per the standard procedures are carried out Check electrical terminals termination To report to the Facility Supervisor and Management Team in case of any abnormalities in the system and take corrective action To take action in case of emergencies for immediate troubleshooting to contain damage
as Handyman:

Preventive and reactive jobs such as cleaning, adjusting, tightening Minor Painting Works Lamp/bulb changing Changing of plug tops
Additional Preventive Maintenance of AC:

Cleaning of air filters, amperage of compressor and refrigerant charges of unit, refrigerant leaks and thermostat operation Inspecting operating System pressure and temperature to normal operating conditions, electrical system and components.
Experience:

At least 2 years' experience in the similar field

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
