Procurement Assistant Mep/ Construction Industry
Job Description
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering or any other related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in procurement and purchasing within the MEP, Landscaping, or construction field in the UAE
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with ERP or procurement software is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with vendors and internal departments.
Ability to manage multiple purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain accurate records.
Basic understanding of pricing, quotations, and cost comparisons.
Team-oriented, proactive, and able to build positive relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Integrity and ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
