Facility / Workshop Assistant Mep
Job Description
Responsibilities:Routine Maintenance:
Assist in the inspection, servicing, and repair of HVAC systems, electrical panels, lighting, water pumps, plumbing fixtures, and other day-to-day facility issues and requirements.
Monitor and report any abnormalities or potential issues in MEP systems.
Operational Support:
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns.
Support preventive maintenance schedules and maintain accurate service records.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure all MEP systems comply with local regulations and safety standards.
Assist in conducting risk assessments and implementing corrective actions.
Inventory & Tools Management:
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Assist in tracking spare parts and consumables inventory.
Coordination
Liaise with external vendors for material purchasing.
Support other facility team members during events, inspections, or emergencies.
