Overview of the Role:
The Assistant Events Manager at Dubai Festival City Mall is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of a wide range of events and activations within the mall. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for event management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. The Assistant Events Manager will play a critical role in enhancing the mall's reputation as a premier destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment by ensuring that events are executed seamlessly and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Preparation, ownership and administration of events budget.
- Events management
- Operating within agreed budget- Minimizing costs and optimizing ROI
- Negotiation with suppliers
- Identification of suitable sponsorship opportunities
- Liaise with external parties and getting the necessary leverage/ exposure for the company
- Retailer interaction, meetings, and presentations.
