We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager - Demand Planning to join our Onboarding team in Dubai.
Scope: Assistant Manager - Demand Planning plays a pivotal role in driving & overseeing the training planning, coordination, and execution of training plans across the organisation. The role is responsible for ensuring alignment of training initiatives with business objective focusing faster onboarding turnaround time & faster deployment, optimizing resources, and maintaining compliance with contractual. By combining analytical forecasting, of cost impact due to excess/Less arrivals and customer centric engagement, the senior officer ensures that the organization delivers consistent, high quality training solutions that enhance workforce capability and operational excellence. The position requires a forward looking, with ability to anticipate needs, mitigate risks and influence key stakeholders while ensuring efficiency, transparency, and innovation in all training related processes.
