Scope: The Assistant Manager (Training, Aviation) of the Centre of Excellence role is to align training programs with business objectives, optimise resource planning, and drive innovation. This ensures high-quality learning experiences, cost efficiency, and adherence to international standards. This role leads accreditation and external audit processes, manages client relationships, and oversees the efficient operation of the training center. Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the training center, ensuring smooth functioning, and providing administrative support. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, and a passion for employee development and facility management.
