Assistant Manager - Product Development - Dubai
Key Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct basic market research to help identify customer needs and emerging market trends.
Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation such as concept notes, feature specifications, and product briefs.

Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Legal, Finance, Sharia, Operations) to gather inputs and ensure timely progress on product development initiatives.
Support the preparation of presentations and reports related to product performance and pipeline updates.

Assist in collecting data for pricing benchmarks and help draft pricing proposals for review.
Ensure all compliance documentation is completed under the guidance of senior team members.

Track tasks and timelines across product development initiatives, and maintain trackers and MIS reports.
Support the testing and rollout of new products, ensuring feedback loops are properly documented.

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Head of Product Development and Product Managers.
Help schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in product development, financial services, or a related support function.
Must have worked in a Sharia Compliant environment
Exposure to banking, insurance, or investment products is a plus.
