Assistant Manager - Projects Development Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A leading digital free zone in UAE offering smart, seamless business solutions for entrepreneurs and startups. : -Lead and manage strategic projects to enhance operational efficiency, business performance, and cross-functional collaboration. -Analyze data and key performance indicators to generate insights, support leadership decisions, and create high-impact presentations. -Drive innovation through AI-powered solutions while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. -Mentor and manage junior team members, effectively prioritizing and executing multiple high-stakes initiatives.Requirements
Open to Indians nationalities, 45 years old and below -Master's degree in business, Management or any related filed -Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, operations, or strategy (preferably in a free zone or regulated environment). -Proactive and tech-savvy, with hands -on experience in AI integration.
