The main purpose of this role is to lead the activities carried out by the Employee Relations and Welfare section.
Ensuring a smooth transition while handling, Disciplinary and Grievance matters, Employees exiting the organisation. Conceptualising and evolving all retention management initiatives across the company (Employee Welfare related activities, Rewards and Recognition program)
Providing support to the Business units and employees with regards to the HR related policies and process and ensuring the sections policies are created and aligned.
