Assistant Mall Manager
Job Description
Work closely with the mall manager to ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way. Support the development and implementation of operational management systems, processes, and best practices. Assist in purchasing materials, planning inventory, and overseeing warehouse efficiency. Ensure the organization's processes remain legally compliant. Assist in formulating strategic and operational objectives. Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability. Assist in managing budgets and forecasts. Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs. Recruit, train, and supervise staff. Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.
