Leasing/ Mall Manager: : We are looking to offer an exciting opportunity to join the Real Estate division base in Ajman. We are seeking a Leasing/Mall Manager with at least 3 years of Shopping Mall Experience. One would manage and lead all Mall leasing programs and activities including planning and development, leasing management and budget forecast in order to maximize rental, thereby increasing various malls profitability with the most desirable and productive tenants: long-term and short term leasing, specialty, kiosk, food court and seasonal tenants. Pro-actively market the mall according to tenancy plan and maximize occupancy. 1. Tenant Management / Lease administration & Documentation
2. Study, review and recommend policies and procedures that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy of the mall
3. Collaborate with other departments for the improvement of tenants performances as well as tenancy and leasing operations for the purpose of actualizing target rental income budget and planned occupancy levels; achieve tenants satisfaction within the limits and condition.

5. Work with tenants to develop retail standards and ensure budget and planned occupancy levels; achieve tenant satisfaction within the limits and conditions.

8. Achieve specialty leasing income goals established by Management.
9. Assist with developing the Specialty Leasing budget and business plan and establish objectives as required.
10. Research and report to Management on Competitive Leasing and Specialty Leasing trends in the Industry and within the geographical and catchment areas of The Mall.
11. Source and seek out prospective tenants
12. Generate new leasing leads and negotiate qualified deals from inception to final executions.
13. Develop and Maintain relationships with with prospective, existing and short term tenants. Requirements:
1. A degree in Business Administration, Business Commerce, or Marketing, and MECSC/ICSC Mall Management qualification.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in Managing/Leasing shopping Mall. Knowledge & Skills:

3. People Management, Marketing ad Finance
4. Conflict Management Skills
