- Assistant Fit-Out Project Manager

Position Summary

Assistant Fit-Out Project Manager will support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing interior fit-out projects. The role involves monitoring daily site activities, coordinating with supervisors and engineers, ensuring deadlines are met, and preparing accurate project reports.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in project planning, scheduling, documentation, and execution of fit-out works. Prepare and maintain project plans, method statements, drawings, and related documents. Monitor daily site activities and progress; report challenges, delays, or risks to the Project Manager immediately. Collect daily updates and information from site supervisors and subcontractors. Coordinate with engineers to resolve technical issues and communicate solutions clearly to supervisors. Ensure project deadlines and milestones are strictly followed. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Support quality control, safety compliance, and site coordination activities. Assist in material tracking, site logistics, and coordination with vendors when required.

Experience & Qualification Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in fit-out or interior project execution. Basic understanding of drawings, specifications, and site execution processes. Experience in UAE projects is an added advantage.
