  • Provide administrative support for faculty recruitment processes, including application tracking and interview scheduling.
  • Assist with the preparation of faculty appointment letters, contracts, and other HR-related documents.
  • Maintain and update faculty data and records in relevant systems and databases.
  • Assist in coordinating faculty development events, meetings, and related logistics.
  • Support the administrative aspects of faculty promotion and tenure processes.
  • Respond to routine faculty or candidate inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members or resources.
  • Assist with the organization and maintenance of faculty recruitment and personnel files.
  • Assist with document formatting, scanning, and filing to ensure proper record retention and retrieval.
  • Prepare basic reports or summaries of recruitment progress and candidate information when requested.
Coordinate with internal departments to obtain required approvals and signatures for recruitment-related documents
