Dubai Festival City Mall is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Events Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of diverse events and activations. What You'll Do

• Prepare, manage, and administer event budgets, optimizing ROI while minimizing costs
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events in line with the mall's marketing strategy
• Negotiate with suppliers and identify sponsorship opportunities
• Liaise with external partners to enhance brand exposure
• Coordinate with retailers, conducting meetings and presentations to ensure engagement
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth event delivery
• Conduct post-event analysis to measure success and identify improvements
• Support tourism initiatives, CSR activities, and other brand events

Ideal Profile

• Diploma in Marketing/Events or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in event management, preferably in malls, retail, or a reputable events company in the UAE or Europe
• Strong knowledge of local event and festival markets, suppliers, and agencies
• Bilingual (English & Arabic) preferred
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and proactive
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing large-scale events
