Core Duties

• Deliver exceptional customer service to mall visitors while respecting cultural diversity and expectations
• Build in-depth knowledge of mall facilities, services, and store offerings to assist customers effectively
• Maintain stock of mall collateral and promotional materials
• Proactively resolve visitor complaints and issues within delegated authority levels
• Coordinate with mall departments and tenants to ensure smooth operations and visitor satisfaction
• Provide gift card sales and business service support at customer service desks
• Collect and provide visitor feedback to management for service improvement and marketing decisions
• Act as part of the emergency aid and response team, offering basic first aid and assistance when needed

• Proven skills in customer service, complaint handling, and communication
• Ability to handle POS systems and gift card processes
• Strong problem-solving approach and commitment to service excellence
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours
