Job Description

As an Assistant Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall sales strategy and objectives of the hotel. Working closely with the Head of Sales, you will contribute to revenue generation, client relationship management, and the overall success of the sales team.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Support the development and implementation of strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Assist in managing and leading the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and industry partners. Contribute to the creation of effective sales proposals, presentations, and promotional materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute integrated sales and marketing campaigns. Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in market dynamics. Handle specific key accounts and develop strategies to maximize their contribution to the hotel's success. Uphold the hotel's brand standards and contribute to its overall market positioning.
