Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The role is accountable for achieving KPIs, managing teams, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting brand integrity while contributing to long-term business goals.

What You'll Do

• Ensure high levels of customer service are delivered consistently in-store
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently
• Drive sales and ensure business KPIs such as net sales, conversion, shrinkage, and stock turnover are achieved
• Enforce compliance with "Model Store Standards" in relation to visual merchandising and store presentation
• Take full accountability for commercial performance and minimizing stock loss
• Coach and mentor store teams to improve service, brand knowledge, and retail performance
• Analyze underperformance drivers and implement corrective action plans
• Support Majid Al Futtaim's sustainability strategy "Dare Today, Change Tomorrow" through operational initiatives

Ideal Profile

• High school certificate minimum; bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of retail industry experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record of achieving strong business results in retail operations
• Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, or premium/luxury retail strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical ability, and communication skills
