Area Operations Manager - F&B
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for an Area Operations Manager in F&B - QSR. The Area Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating the operations across multiple stores, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of each store, identifying and solving operational challenges, and driving revenue growth.
Qualifications:
Dunkin\xe2\x80\x99 UAE first opened its doors in May 1997 and since then, it has grown to 70 stores across the UAE. The Dunkin\xe2\x80\x99 franchise in the UAE and Kuwait is owned by legal entities under the private office of Sheikh Mohammed Saud Al Qasimi. Our menu has something for every kind of taste bud, from our handcrafted coffee and iced beverages to 50+ varieties of donuts, and an all-day breakfast that consists of bagels, croissants, egg sandwiches, muffins, and other baked goods.We are dedicated to serving high-quality coffee, adhering to strict quality processes. We produce over 30 million handmade donuts per year, locally in our 30,000 sq. ft. Dunkin\' factory in Sharjah, to ensure that every donut is fresh, and every single bite is full of flavor.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for an Area Operations Manager in F&B - QSR. The Area Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating the operations across multiple stores, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of each store, identifying and solving operational challenges, and driving revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience in operations management in a quick-service restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage, motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Understanding of P&L, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with safety and health regulations, labor laws, and standard operating procedures.
- Bachelor\'s degree with 6 years\' experience in F&B QSR/Coffee and at least 2 years as Area Manager.
- Fluency in spoken English and Arabic is mandatory.
