The Regional Operations Manager manages all aspects of the supply chain for the Red Bull APAC Distribution Partner (DP) countries in a lean, cost effective and timely manner through structured planning and by optimising processes. They support the Area Operations Manager (AOM) in identifying and implementing standards and guidelines for DP markets APAC; and support in building and deploying the OPS strategy and roadmap for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.

Business Priorities
Establish and own an Operations Roadmap for priority DP markets focused on current business strategic priorities to drive overall Operations objectives. Identify best business practices for all markets, to have lean supply chain systems and effective and efficient processes in place to handle finished goods and POS material (VISIT). Act as key OPS contact for Customer Service Centre teams, for DP markets in APAC, to ensure that the day to day operational activity is delivered in a professional and timely manner.
Stakeholder Management
To engage and maintain close business relationships and professional communication with all external and internal partners; Distribution Partners; 3PL providers and relevant suppliers, all Red Bull colleagues and relevant business stakeholders. To drive the supply chain in the most efficient manner and provide highest service levels to all parties.
Planning
To be the lead Operations representative for Sales & Operations Planning meetings with General Manager & Red Bull Business Unit Managers for all Distribution Partner countries, in the APAC region. To ensure that effective Finished Goods demand planning is executed for priority DP markets in assigned region.
Projects
Drive and support local projects with subsidiaries & DPs in the region to improve supply chain efficiencies
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
Preferably 5-7 years of working experience out of which 3 years should be in a regional environment.
Analytical and eye for detail are a pre-requisite for this position so is the ability to remotely manage the supply chain operation.
Previous exposure to customer relation management & experience in the management of both process and behavioral change.
Dynamic & energetic team player able to meet deadlines and being stress resistant.
Working knowledge in ERP (SAP R/3 & APO) is a strong plus.
Good skills on all Microsoft products such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint & Teams.
Degree in business administration or specialized qualifications in logistics / supply chain management
Strong command over written and spoken English
