We are seeking a highly experienced Area Director to lead and oversee major building construction projects across the United Arab Emirates. This senior leadership role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in managing large-scale developments, driving project excellence, and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership across multiple construction projects within the region Oversee planning, execution, budgeting, and quality management of building works Ensure alignment with project timelines, cost targets, and safety standards Manage client relationships and act as senior point of contact for stakeholders Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and engineering teams Drive risk management, compliance, and operational efficiency
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred) 15+ years of experience in building construction, with at least 10 years in a senior or director-level role Proven experience managing large commercial, residential, villas, or mixed-use projects Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Previous UAE or GCC project experience highly preferred
