Position Overview
Azizi Developments is hiring a seasoned Structural Manager to lead the structural engineering function across high-profile building construction projects in Dubai. This is a key leadership role responsible for design management, team supervision, and technical integration of structural systems with architecture and MEP disciplines. The successful candidate will bring a blend of consulting and contracting experience, deep knowledge of UAE regulations, and the ability to drive structural excellence from concept to completion.

What You'll Do

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of structural engineers and draftsmen across all project stages
• Manage the preparation, review, and approval of structural designs, shop drawings, and calculations
• Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams to ensure integrated and conflict-free structural solutions
• Provide expert-level technical input and value engineering recommendations to optimize design and cost
• Ensure all work complies with UAE authority regulations, building codes, and international standards (ACI, BS, etc.)
• Oversee site inspections, support construction teams, and resolve on-site technical issues promptly
• Maintain direct communication with consultants, clients, and contractors to ensure timely problem-solving and alignment

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
• Over 15 years of structural engineering experience, with at least 8 years in the UAE construction sector
• Proven leadership in both consulting and contracting environments, handling high-rise or large-scale developments
• Proficiency in structural software including ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, AutoCAD, and Revit
• Strong grasp of UAE building regulations and international codes
• Effective team leadership, communication, and coordination abilities
