Job description / Role / Responsibilities: Utilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans. Produces construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit. Liaising with other discipline heads regarding interface issues Taking into account constraints such as international / local code compliance requirements, town planning legislation, environmental / sustainability impacts and project budgets Working closely with a team of other professionals such as MEP , Structural designers, Quantity Surveyors, ID Designers, Civil Defense and sustainability 3rd party consultants. Completing planning applications and taking advice from local authorities, legal professionals and governmental new build departments Interfaces with the design director and discipline heads. Works in tandem with highly collaborative multi-discipline design teams. Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications Participation and coordination of various Project Meetings Preparation of Minutes of Meeting and follow up of actions Coordinate with Employers / 3rd party consultants regarding design relate diseuse Requirements Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in architecture 5 years years experience out of which major in engineering consultancy environments

• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software AUTO CAD / Revit
