The Graduate Project Coordinator (GPC) will play a pivotal role in pre-contract project delivery supporting architectural design projects following predictive project management methodologies.

Role & Responsibilities:
+ The GPC will be required to assist and deliver in the following tasks:

+ Day-to-day assistance to Senior Project Managers in the delivery of projects

+ Assist in proposal preparation and tender submission procedures

+ Coordinate and collaborate with the Design Team

+ Prepare and manage project execution plans, organization charts and status reports

+ Work closely and effectively with clients and internal project teams

+ Daily program management throughout the program life cycle

+ Defining the program governance (controls)

+ Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress

+ Managing the program's budget

+ Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements;

+ Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies

+ Managing and utilizing resources across projects

+ Managing stakeholders' communication

+ Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program's "outcome" with the aid of the business change manager

+ Managing the main program documentations such as the program initiation document.

Minimum Requirements

+ Must have graduated in 2021 or graduating no later than Sept 2022

+ Successful applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.4 or 2:1 (or equivalent) and above

+ Effective time & task management and leadership skills

+ Excellent organization and verbal communication skills are essential

+ Advanced in Microsoft Office

+ Software experience in industry standard project management software is preferred

+ Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail, must be able to demonstrate accurate report writing

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering or related AEC degree from an accredited University
