Job Description

We are seeking a Architectural Site Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing architectural works at site, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring that construction is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Execute architectural works as per approved IFC drawings*

Supervise blockwork, plastering, tiling, waterproofing, and finishes*
Ensure compliance with QCS (Qatar Construction Specifications)*
Coordinate daily activities with foremen and subcontractors*
Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals*
Raise and respond to RFI related to architectural works*
Inspect materials delivered to site as per approvals*
Coordinate with Structural and MEP teams*
Attend and support consultant inspections*
Monitor progress and report to Project Engineer / Manager*

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture*
Minimum 9-10 years of experience in construction projects*
Strong experience in site supervision for building projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use)*
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and finishing works*
Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit experience is an advantage)*
Good coordination and communication skills*
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
