Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architectural Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all architectural activities at the construction site, ensuring that the project is executed successfully according to design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations and ensure all work aligns with the project's architectural & Fit Out designs. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure smooth execution of the project. Monitor progress and performance, identifying potential issues early and taking corrective actions. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and legal regulations on-site. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to standards. Review and approve work, including materials and methods, as per the project specifications. Prepare and maintain site reports, schedules, and documentation related to the project. Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to resolve any issues that arise during construction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, & Fit-Out or related field. Proven experience (2-3 years) as an Architectural Site Engineer or similar role in construction projects. Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and materials. Excellent understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse project teams and clients. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Availability to start immediately. Valid QID and NOC are required. Flexible working hours.
