Job Summary:

We are looking for a

dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Architectural)

to join our project execution team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate all architectural site activities, ensuring that works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and finishing teams to resolve site issues and maintain smooth progress. Implement and enforce project schedules, ensuring timely completion of assigned works. Conduct site inspections, verify work progress, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Raise RFIs, follow up on technical clarifications, and ensure all approved responses are implemented. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure materials and workmanship meet project standards. Support the QA/QC team in inspections, material approvals, and documentation. Report daily progress, highlight potential delays, and propose practical solutions. Participate in coordination meetings with consultants and the main contractor. Ensure that all site modifications are documented and reflected in the as-built drawings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

architecture

or

architectural engineering

. Minimum

5-7 years of experience

in site supervision of architectural works within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of

finishing works, detailing, and architectural execution

standards. Experience with

fit-out, facade, joinery, and coordination with MEP

disciplines. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

and the ability to read and interpret all related technical drawings. Familiarity with

Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS)

and local authority requirements. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Strong commitment to quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in

high-rise, hospitality, or mixed-use developments

. Knowledge of

ISO and QA/QC

documentation procedures. Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
