We are looking for a Civil or Architectural Site Engineer with a
minimum of 3 years
of experience in construction projects, particularly villas and residential buildings in
Ajman
.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure work progress as per schedule.
Review drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design and safety standards.
Monitor quality of work, materials, and workmanship according to project requirements.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Manage manpower, materials, and equipment on site efficiently.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues as required.
Requirements: o Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Minimum 3 years
of relevant site experience in the UAE (experience in
Ajman
is preferred).
Proven experience in villa and residential building projects.
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and site procedures.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
