Architectural Division Senior Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Description
- Prime responsibility for promoting and selling company products within the contracting and infrastructure sector, mainly in the UAE but also GCC countries
- Fielding enquiries, submitting proposals and negotiating successful sales
- Relationship development for the company within the market sector players (Government ministries / agencies / municipalities, contractors, consultants, end-users) with travel both within the UAE and overseas as required and often
- Setting an annual budget for Sales Expenses including any events and travel for review by the Management
- Setting, monitoring and achieving agreed targets for sales, revenue and profit targets for the Architectural Division of the company
- Assist in the composition of marketing material, presentations and other promotional tools and activities that will support in the achievement of the primary objective
- Interacting with the rest of the company personnel at all levels to achieve the company objectives as set out by the management and board.
