Prime responsibility for promoting and selling company products within the contracting and infrastructure sector, mainly in the UAE but also GCC countries
Fielding enquiries, submitting proposals and negotiating successful sales
Relationship development for the company within the market sector players (Government ministries / agencies / municipalities, contractors, consultants, end-users) with travel both within the UAE and overseas as required and often
Setting an annual budget for Sales Expenses including any events and travel for review by the Management
Setting, monitoring and achieving agreed targets for sales, revenue and profit targets for the Architectural Division of the company
Assist in the composition of marketing material, presentations and other promotional tools and activities that will support in the achievement of the primary objective
Interacting with the rest of the company personnel at all levels to achieve the company objectives as set out by the management and board.
Package is negotiable based on the candidate\xe2\x80\x99s experience and track record and is made up of a competitive Base Salary plus benefits/allowances and sales commission
