Responsible for achieving allocated sales targets and market share to meet the division\xe2\x80\x99s overall objectives.
Responsible for creating and developing business relationships with clients to maximize customer satisfaction levels.
Penetrating to competition accounts and sell our products.
Identify Major Clients and build up relationship to sell product and solutions.
Responsible for utilizing company resources efficiently to maximize profits.
Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
Develop positive relationships with clients.
Act as the point of contact and handle customers\xe2\x80\x99 individual needs
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.
Report on the status of accounts and transactions
Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Achieve sales targets for self (if any) and the team to ensure that the division targets are achieved.
Report sales forecasts and business updates to the immediate supervisor to make sure that the senior sales team is fully informed and able to take timely business decisions especially with regards to the gap between actual and projected sales.
Manage and coach sales staff to ensure high performance and motivation to achieve division targets.
Maintain relationships with clients by constantly being in touch with them to understand their requirements and manage their expectations.
Coordinate with logistics and service department to ensure timely delivery and installation in line with the customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, Marketing or relevant field from a recognised University or Institution
Additional Information
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Experience Requirements:
Proven work experience of 5-7 years as a Senior Sales account manager or Senior Sales account executive.
Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
