We are looking for Architectural Coordinator in a Fit-Out Company in ABU DHABI.

Main Focus:

Coordinating detailed interior layouts, finishes, and integration of MEP and ID works during construction and fit-out phases.
Key Responsibilities:

Review and coordinate architectural and ID drawings with MEP and structural systems. Ensure compliance with client requirements, design intent, and site conditions. Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for approvals and technical clarifications. Assist in shop drawing preparation and material submittals. Conduct site inspections and resolve fit-out-specific technical issues.
Skills Required:

Strong ID/detailing knowledge. Experience in commercial/residential interiors or retail fit-out. Good coordination skills with MEP and civil teams.
Suitable for:

Quick-turnaround projects, commercial spaces, F&B, or offices.
2. Architectural Coordinator in a Consultant Company

Main Focus:

Design management, quality control, and coordination between disciplines during pre-construction and design development.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure architectural designs comply with local codes, regulations, and client brief. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and ID teams. Review and approve shop drawings and materials submitted by contractors. Attend design and technical meetings with clients and contractors. Issue site instructions, NCRs, and respond to RFIs.
Skills Required:

Deep knowledge of building codes and design guidelines. Strong documentation and coordination skills. BIM/Revit experience often required.
Suitable for:

Design-oriented professionals with attention to compliance and documentation.
3. Architectural Coordinator in a Main Contractor Company

Main Focus:

Site-level coordination and execution, ensuring that architectural works are implemented as per drawings and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate architectural works with structural and MEP works on-site. Manage subcontractors and monitor progress of architectural activities. Raise technical queries (RFIs) and resolve conflicts in drawings.
Ensure compliance with approved materials and drawings.

Assist in handover documentation and snagging process.
Skills Required:

Execution and site experience. Ability to manage subcontractors and site engineers. Practical knowledge of materials and construction techniques.
