to facilitate and manage architectural design duties for stakeholders like consultants, contractors and internal teams. The candidate will be expected to produce architectural deliverables and ensure that they are integrated with precision and aligned with the project's goals.
Key responsibilities
Review and prepare architectural drawings and documents across all project stages.
Engage with structural, MEP and other disciplines to ensure full integration of architectural components.
Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and other authority requirements.
Support managers across various disciplines in the management of consultants' output and deliverables that align with project timelines and quality standards.
Assist in the documentation process that is concerned with architectural drawings and records.
Facilitate the flow of information between consultants, contractors and the clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
Minimum
5-8 years of experience
as an Architectural Coordinator or similar role.
An in-depth understanding of UAE authority regulations and other submission procedures.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office. Knowledge in
Navisworks
or other coordination tools are a plus.
Familiar with BIM processes and document control platforms.
