Posted on behalf of our client - a real estate investment firm specializing in property acquisition and asset management
We are currently seeking a skilled Architectural Coordinator with strong experience in both 2D and 3D design to support the company's growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This role is ideal for a technically proficient and proactive individual with a background in architectural drawings, site coordination, and authority submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate 2D architectural drawings and detailed 3D visualizations/renderings for interior layouts and fit-outs.
- Conduct site inspections to verify measurements and ensure design implementation aligns with project specifications.
- Liaise with contractors and consultants during fit-out and renovation stages.
- Prepare and submit documentation for authority approvals, including Dubai Municipality and DMCC (Concordia).
- Support with procurement of furniture from pre-approved suppliers as a secondary task.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting and on-site coordination in the UAE.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or other 3D software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with Concordia (DMCC) and Dubai Municipality is highly preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle (preferred).
- Dubai Municipality Permit to Practice Engineering Activities (required or in process).
