About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented

Senior Architectural Coordinator

to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the coordination of architectural design with various disciplines, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout all project phases, and managing technical deliverables to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee architectural coordination from concept to construction stage Lead interdisciplinary coordination with structural, MEP, and ID teams Review and manage architectural drawings, specifications, and material submittals Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, etc.) Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve design and technical issues Attend and lead coordination meetings and site inspections Supervise junior architectural staff and review deliverables for quality and accuracy Manage architectural submissions for authority approvals Ensure timely delivery of project packages and coordination documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized university (Master's degree preferred) Minimum

10 to 15 years of experience

, with at least

5 years in the UAE/GCC

region Proven experience in design coordination of

large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects

In-depth knowledge of

UAE building regulations

, codes, and standards Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination tools

Excellent command of

English

; strong written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently
