Job Description

We are a leading interior fit-out and renovation company in Dubai seeking a highly capable Project Manager with an architectural or interior design background. This role requires someone who can solve problems independently, work under pressure, and actively supervise site teams while managing projects from A to Z.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of interior fit-out projects from initiation to final handover Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise supervisors, subcontractors, and workers Handle client communication, meetings, and expectations professionally Solve site and technical issues under pressure with fast, practical decisions Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and budgets are strictly followed Coordinate drawings, materials, approvals, and execution Monitor progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions proactively Manage variations, snag lists, and final handover documentation
Requirements

4-5 years minimum experience in UAE interior fit-out / renovation projects Degree or background in Architecture or Interior Design Proven ability to work under stress and tight deadlines Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Hands-on site management and supervision experience Excellent communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams Ability to manage multiple tasks independently Immediate availability preferred
