to coordinate with government authorities for theMunicipal Electronic Permitting System (MEPS)
in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing permit submissions, ensuring compliance with municipal regulations, and acting as a liaison between design teams and regulatory bodies.Responsibilities:
Handle architectural permit submissions via MEPS. Liaise with authorities to track approvals and resolve issues. Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Maintain records and support process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture. 2+ years' experience in permitting or authority coordination. Arabic and Excellent English Communication Skills. Knowledge with MEPS or similar platforms.
