Job Description
We are seeking a skilled
Architect cum Client Coordinator
to join our team specializing insteel buildings, mezzanines, and industrial/commercial structures
. The ideal candidate will support design development while acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams.Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural layouts for
warehouses, steel buildings, and mezzanine floors
Handleclient meetings
, gather requirements, and ensure approvals Modify drawings based on client feedback and site constraints Support documentation for authority submissions when requiredRequirements:
Bachelor's in Architecture or related field experience in steel/industrial building design
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Knowledge of UAE building standards is preferredJob Type: Full-time
Experience:
Architect: 1 year (Preferred) * Steel Structure design/draft: 1 year (Preferred)
