Interior Architect

to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage high-end residential and commercial interior fit-out projects Prepare technical drawings, material schedules, and detailed BOQs for joinery and fit-out works Ensure all designs comply with UAE regulations, building codes, and standards Coordinate closely with the production team and joinery workshop Conduct site visits, take measurements, and oversee design implementation Review shop drawings and resolve technical issues Source appropriate materials and hardware with suppliers Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and techniques in joinery and interior fit-out Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate updates effectively Take ownership of assigned design projects and deadlines

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in an interior fit-out company Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit/SketchUp/3Ds Max is an advantage) Strong technical drawing and detailing skills Knowledge of fit-out materials, joinery processes, and construction methods Familiarity with UAE authority standards (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.) Excellent communication and coordination skills Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
