- Experienced in wall and ceiling installation according to the standards In Dubai
Key Responsibilities Of Gypsum Carpenter :
Measure, cut, and install gypsum boards, drywall panels, and ceiling tiles as per drawings and specifications.
Construct and install partitions, bulkheads, and false ceilings (Gypsum/POP).
Prepare surfaces and frames using metal channels or wooden supports.
Apply finishing materials such as corner beads, joint tapes, and putty.
Perform sanding, leveling, and surface preparation for painting or finishing.
Repair and patch damaged walls and ceilings when needed.
Ensure all installations meet quality standards and safety regulations.
Coordinate with other site trades and report progress to the supervisor or foreman.
Maintain tools and ensure a clean and safe working area.
Professional wood & MDF Carpenter
- Specializing in

Key Responsibilities of MDF & Wood Carpenter :
Perform repair and maintenance of wooden furniture, doors, windows, fixtures, and decorative elements.
Install or assemble furniture, fittings, and fixtures in guest rooms, lobbies, restaurants, and other areas.
Construct partitions, cabinets, shelving, and other wooden structures as needed.
Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all woodwork across the property.
Repair and replace damaged or worn-out carpentry elements promptly to ensure guest comfort.
Coordinate with other engineering trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) for integrated maintenance work.
Maintain an inventory of carpentry tools, supplies, and materials; request stock as needed.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
Respond to guest room and departmental work orders in a timely and professional manner.
Support refurbishment, renovation, and setup projects as assigned by the Engineering Manager.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.

Execute proper application of primer for various surface finishing, color combination and lacquer paints.
Apply paint, varnish, stain, enamel, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
Prepare gypsum board surfaces for painting by
sanding, priming, and patching

Apply
high-quality paint finishes
(primer, topcoat, texture) on walls, ceilings, and decorative gypsum elements.
Perform
touch-ups, surface corrections, and polishing
to ensure a smooth, even finish.
Follow interior design color specifications and material guidelines.
Ensure
clean edges and detailed finishes

Use tools such as rollers, brushes, and spray machines efficiently and cleanly.

Conduct routine inspections of the property to ensure safety and security.

Handle emergency repairs and maintenance issues, including those outside of normal business hours.
Assist in managing maintenance supplies and ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that requests are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
